Abstract The distribution of emergency shelter materials in cases around the world is a hard task, goal this research to offer Complex Non-linear Diophantine Fuzzy (C-NLDF) decision-making model for earthquake construction. Essentially, article divided into three sections acquire acceptable and precise measures situations. First, we present Non-Linear Set (CN-LDFS), new generalization complex linear fuzzy set (CLDFS) q-linear (q-LDFS), as well explore its key aspects. Furthermore, aggregation operators are useful aggregating uncertainty issues. As result, algebraic norms CN-LDFSs produced based on certain operational laws. In second section work, series averaging geometric under CN-LDFS that defined operating final information, ranking algorithms suggested address case study regarding situation earthquakes. comparison section, results existing proposed effectiveness methodologies provide accurate global about construction shelters
